Hon’ble Sessions Judge, Rohini Courts acquitted accused persons in a heinous robbery and murder case in FIR lodged U.S: 302/397/392/34/120 B IPC at Police Station: Ashok Vihar in year 2011.
Advocate 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐢 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 appeared for accused person who was implicated in murder case on behalf of disclosure statement only.
Advocate 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐢 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 argued that there was neither recovery of weapon of offence nor Jewelry from accused person.
The Hon’ble Court observed that Investigating Officer of the case withheld the best evidence i.e. witness who saw the incident and made call at 100 No. and who could have recognized the accused persons.
The Hon’ble Court was pleased to acquit the accused upon the influencing arguments of MR. 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐢 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 as there were many embellishments and contradictions in statements of witnesses and victim during their cross examinations.
