FIR against Prosecutrix, rape victim and her Family members by Ravi Drall Advocate
A Delhi Court ordered to lodge FIR against a minor girl and her family members who bad beaten a person and lodged false case of rape against him. ln year 2018 one case under offence of POCSO was lodged in Tilak Nagar Police station against Harpreet alleging that he raped a minor girl upon which he was sent to Judicial custody. The trial of POCSO case is pending in Tis Hazari Court. When Harpreet was in Jail he filed one complaint before the Magistrate in Tis Hazari court through defense counsel Ravi Drall claiming that his father had given a loan ofRs. 5 Lacs to a lady through written loan agreement who had promised to return the loan till July 2017. In July 2017, l larpreet went to house of prosecutrix to take back the loan amount where he was given beatings by the prosecutrix and her family members due to which he sustained injuries and was admitted in a hospital for 5 days and thereafter to save from liability of money and legal action Harpreet was implicated in false case of POCSO in which he has been granted bail by Delhi Sessions court.

Delhi Police Tilak Nagar police station gave its reply and admitted that as per MLC report Harpreet had received grievous injuries. The doctors also gave their opinion that when Harpreet was brought to hospital his condition was serious due to attack at his head and he was arrested by police officials from hospital before his discharged. While passing the order the Judge mentioned that this is a case of misuse or provisions of law where false rape case lodge against Harpreet and ordered for lodging FlR and conducting investigation in the present matter.
